Open the package with caution as to not damage your item. Our fabric is durable, but caution should be used when opening the package as sharp objects like scissors could scratch or cut the fabric. Our items are shipped in a heavy duty shipping bag. Orders placed on weekends will ship out on Monday. Prices can be found during the checkout process. We do offer expedited Express - 2 Day and overnight shipping. Again y ou may be subject to import taxes. Our shipping charge covers only the cost of shipping the item. when shipping to a foreign country (including Canada). We will not be responsible for the cost of any taxes, duties, customs charges etc. We may be able to ship to other countries upon request. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and worldwide, but the price is usually more expensive. Please call for a shipping quote if you are in one of these areas.
You will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking number when a label has been created for your shipment. These are based on average ship times and we can not guarantee packages will be delivered according to the chart below. Here is a helpful map that provides estimated ship times for FedEx Ground shipments. We will do our best to accommodate specific shipping requests. Please feel free to inquire with us about estimated shipping times of specific items before ordering. If the volume is high enough we may ship via freight. We don’t require a signature for delivery, but we can do so upon request. Larger rolls are shipped through FedEx Home/Ground Delivery or UPS Home/Ground. It is not uncommon for USPS orders to take 1-2 weeks to arrive. USPS do seem to take longer than FedEx to receive. 1 Yard orders and scrap orders will also be shipped via USPS. Samples are sent via USPS first class mail. We ship the majority of our products through FedEx, but we occasionally ship through UPS, USPS, or Main Freight as needed. We do our best to fill orders as fast as possible in the order received. Most orders are received in about 7-10 business days after shipping. This item takes longer to process and ship due to its size. Since it is our busy season flooring orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship ou t. Please note our flooring is shipped from our warehouse in GA. If an order will be delayed over 5 days for any reason we will do our best to inform our customers of such changes. We typically ship all items within 1-2 business day, but sometimes it may take 5-10 days to process orders.

FedEx has temporarily suspended guaranteed delivery times. Please note due to COVID-19 no delivery times are guaranteed.
